Hofmann Engineering is proud of the reputation of their apprenticeship program, having been running contineuously since the 1970's with its tradespeope eagerly sought on completion of their training.
This program provides apprentices with structured on and off the job training to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the workplace, with qualifications designed to support your career ambitions. As an Apprentice, you are supported by experienced tradespeople, teachers and a dedicated Apprentice Coordinator.
Hofmann Engineering also works closely with Universities and provides many opportunities to student engineers, from site visits to work experience, internships and cadetships. Many cadet engineers have had the opportunity to write their thesis on topics at Hofmann Engineering to push the boundaries of existing knowledge.
